Many of you know Chuck Kindle - whether that's by name, or in the flesh. Many of you also know that he has dedicated many, many years of his life (and his wife Kathy's) to the North-South Skirmish Association and the Northwest Territory (NWT).
This award is a small token of the NWT's appreciation to Chuck, for those years of service.

Chuck has served in many capacities - including:
NWT Regional Inspector
NWT Regional Commander
N-SSA National Deputy Commander
N-SSA National Commander
Chuck and Kathy have also, for many, many moons - put together the National medals that you all love winning!
So, "Thank you Chuck!". The many years of dedicated service have not gone unnoticed! We appreciate you (and Kathy)! I can honestly say that I don't recall very many times that I've ever seen you slightly weepy-eyed - so this was a touching moment to catch on camera!

Send your thanks to Chuck directly.
Many thanks also go to Pete Zahner (11th Indiana) for the use of his fine photographs!
If you're not following Pete on Facebook - you should go check out his Photo page. Commander Pete's Pictorial Emporium!
